The Power of Psalm 23 at Death

Psalm 23 is a very powerful psalm, especially at death. It describes how YAH leads us into the afterlife. He is the shepherd, and we are the flock of His fold. He giveth us what is right, and maketh us to rest in peace beside the still waters. There is a river in the shadow that gives life. A pasture where the sheep feed. Our soul, who seemed to have given up is renewed. He does all these things for His name sake. It is not because we are so good, but it is because He is so good. Psalm 23 is written in the shadow of YAH-even in the valley of the shadow of death. We have nothing to fear, for YAH commands deliverance. He has already prepared a table for us with all that we can imagine-more than we can eat. Our blessings overflow. Now we can finally say, “I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
