Did you know that we all at times past was in the kingdom of darkness? We were worldly and did such things. The prince of the air had His way with us. He controlled us, and we were children of darkness. His kingdom is this world, with all its wars, diseases, famine, sickness, and heartache. The prince of the air loves darkness. He is able to rule over those who are His.
Christ came to set us free. In the bible Colossians 1:13 it reads,
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
Christ’s kingdom is the opposite of the darkness. It is light. There is no sickness, death, heartache or pain. Everyone lives in complete peace. Jesus wanted us to know that this isn’t our home; and Satan isn’t our God. God is good! Those who serve Him will do good.
