It was by goodness, grace and mercy that Jacob became the father of the 12 tribes of Israel. And His son, Joseph, who he loved became the head of Egypt. It is by God’s goodness, grace and mercy that He raised up seers and prophets over the house of Israel. God let them converse with Him, mouth to mouth. They saw things that no man has ever seen. By God’s goodness, grace and mercy He permitted there to be judges over Israel. They were on the throne by God’s goodness, grace and mercy. God allowed His faithful followers to attain riches and become kings. King David was a man after God’s own heart. He was mighty and rich in the land, having slain lions and bears. His son King Solomon was the richest and most wise man to ever exist. This was all by God’s goodness, grace and mercy.
