What is your heart fixed on? Money? A job? Your situation? I am here to tell you that God is bigger. We should have a heart that is fixed upon Him. When we fix our heart on God, everything seems so small in comparison; Our problems fade away. He grants us that peace that surpasses understanding. He will keep us in the here and now. When you are low, look unto the hills where your salvation resides. When we fix our heart upon God, we will desire those things that pertains to Him. We will want to fulfill the letter of the book. God will fill our heart and life up with delight, knowing that we are His. Fixing our heart on God means doing His commandments delightfully knowing that there is a reward for those who do such things. When we fix our heart on God we will soon find ourselves walking with Him. He will lead and guide us. All of a sudden the pressures of the world don’t mean much.
