Did you know that John the Baptist is the greatest man to ever been born of a woman besides Jesus Himself? John was the fore-runner of Christ. John told people that they must make their way straight. He turned peoples heart away from wickedness, and to serve The Most High. He taught them baptism and the repentance of sins. He was a man of the wilderness. Being full of The Holy Spirit from birth, he followed all the laws and statutes. He risked his life to serve God. He was more than just a baptist but he was also a preacher. He paid the ultimate sacrifice by giving up His life for the faith.
