Chewing the Cud

I Am On the Back of Elohim

On the back of Elohim are marks-marks of the beatings that He took. The marks He took for you. I am on the back of Elohim. The weight of the world was lain upon His back. All the sins, transgressions and iniquities. The weight of Him carrying His followers on His back, for we could not carry our own cross. I am on the back of Elohim. We stumbled and fell, and He was beaten for it. He bore the consequences of our disobedience. He carries around the proof that none were worthy. The lamb carried the sins of the word. Though His back was as skin off the flesh, yet He did not complain. He did not open His mouth. I am on the back of Elohim. All the things that we did wrong, the sins by thought, word and deed were placed upon Elohim’s back. Everytime we needed forgiveness can be found on the marks on Elohim’s back. I am on the back of Elohim.

We stumbled and fell

But we could not tell

On the back of Elohim

Could this be a dream?

Away from all pain

I shall never complain

On the back of Elohim

This must be a dream

When life seems

like rivers with rain

He makes it plain

On the back of Elohim

Surely, this is but a dream
