Did you know that God’s laws, statutes and commandments come from His goodness, grace and mercy?? That’s right. The law is tied in with His goodness, grace and mercy. God knows what is best for us, and out of His goodness, grace and mercy he has given us laws, statutes and commandments that we may follow and live. His commandments aren’t grievous unto us, but they are for our good. And because of this, He shows us goodness, grace and mercy in our lives. It is the force that allows Him to step in our lives and operate. It is His goodness, grace and mercy that allows Him to perform miracles in a sinners life. It allows Him to heal, save, forgive, and bless. The next time you read God’s law’s, statutes and commandments, try starting off with, ‘God’s goodness, grace and mercy.’
