Baptist Children’s Home of North Carolina
Abba Yah, we would like to thank you for the ride to Clyde. it raised $369,000
Nearly 400 miles, three days, and a group of motorcyclists who love the Lord and love this ministry – the 11th annual Ride to Clyde shattered its record, raising more than $100,000 over last year for the children and families BCH serves.
I would like to uplift 14 new believers YAH.
| 14 Women Said Yes to Jesus29 years of caring for birth mothers At Christian Adoption Services’ 29th annual Birth Mothers Retreat, women who placed children gathered for community, healing, and discipleship. As the gospel was shared, 14 women made decisions for Christ – some for the very first time. |
| 141 years, one constant A 13-foot cross – crafted from the timbers of BCH’s very first cottage – now stands at the center of Mills Home. Dedicated May 11, it’s a visible reminder of why this ministry exists and Who has sustained it for 141 years. Abba Yah, a special blessing for our graduates. My they be clothed with your clothes and shoes. May they receive honest scales and just weights. May they receive goodness, grace, and mercy which is beside thy throne. May they receive utmost grace and chew on the cud. Caps off to our graduates This spring, BCH youth and the children of our staff walked across stages from high school gyms to college commencements – and they’re off to do remarkable things. Among them: nursing and engineering, music education and physical therapy, criminal justice and finance, seminary and ministry, and more than one college baseball roster. A few are simply going “wherever God directs.” Every one of them is proof that the seeds planted here keep bearing fruit. We couldn’t be prouder. |
